Booking & Payment

Booking: To secure a course date, a $200 deposit and your driver's licence number are required.

Full Payment: Full payment for the course is due before the day of training.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Fees: All cancellations will incur a $50 administration fee.

7+ Days Notice: For cancellations made 7 days or more before the course, a full refund (less the admin fee) will be issued.

Less Than 7 Days Notice: For cancellations made within 7 days of the course, the deposit is non-refundable unless the course slot is filled by another student. If filled, a 50% refund will be issued.
Course Conduct

Student Behavior: Students are expected to maintain a respectful and professional demeanor. Any instances of drug or alcohol use, aggressive behavior, or discrimination towards others will result in immediate course termination with no refund.

Truck Breakdown: Mission Truck Training guarantees that unforeseen truck breakdowns will not impact student progress. We will do our upmost to reschedule the course at the earliest convenience or provide a refund for any unused training time.
